1. About these terms
These terms apply when you access or use superchild.ai. By using the website, you agree to them. If you use the website for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization.
The website is operated by SuperChild, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. Questions can be sent to contact@superchild.ai.
2. Website information—not clinical advice
This website describes SuperChild and provides general educational, product, security, and procurement information. It is not medical, diagnostic, legal, or clinical advice and does not create a clinician-patient relationship.
SuperChild does not replace qualified clinical judgment, licensed assessments, diagnosis, therapy, safeguarding procedures, crisis support, or the supervision required for an individual learner. A qualified professional remains responsible for target selection, prompting, reinforcement, interpretation, and clinical decisions.
3. Product access and customer agreements
Website content, a demo, or an enquiry does not itself purchase the product or create a service commitment. Any trial, subscription, implementation, support, data processing, service level, or payment arrangement is governed by the written customer agreement that applies to it. If that agreement conflicts with these website terms, the customer agreement controls for the product service.
4. Demo and contact requests
Information you submit must be accurate and must not infringe another person's rights. Do not submit learner names, health information, assessment results, or other sensitive clinical data through a public demo form, LinkedIn lead form, or ordinary email.
Submitting a request allows us to use the supplied business contact information to respond as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use the website to:
- break the law or infringe another person's rights;
- introduce malicious code, probe for vulnerabilities without written authorization, or interfere with the website's operation;
- bypass access controls, impersonate another person, or submit deceptive or fraudulent information;
- scrape or copy the website at a volume that disrupts the service, or build a competing dataset from its protected content; or
- use SuperChild's name, logo, or content in a way that falsely suggests endorsement or affiliation.
We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect the site, our users, or our legal rights.
6. Intellectual property
The website, its design, software, text, graphics, demonstrations, brand elements, and other original material are owned by or licensed to SuperChild and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and share links to public pages for legitimate informational or procurement purposes. No other right or license is granted unless we agree in writing.
VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, and other third-party names or marks belong to their respective owners. References describe compatibility or professional context and do not imply sponsorship or endorsement.
7. Third-party websites
The website may link to third-party sites or services. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link is provided for convenience and does not necessarily mean that SuperChild endorses the third party.
8. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep public information accurate and the website available, but website content may contain errors, become outdated, or change as the product develops. Examples, screenshots, roadmap statements, and performance descriptions are illustrative unless a signed customer agreement states otherwise.
To the extent permitted by law, the public website is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for a particular clinical or business purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, SuperChild is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising solely from reliance on public website content or from temporary website unavailability. SuperChild's total liability arising from use of the public website will not exceed €100.
These limits do not apply to fraud, deliberate misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, breach of data-protection duties where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Product liability is governed by the applicable customer agreement.
10. Governing law and disputes
Dutch law governs these terms. The competent courts in the Netherlands have jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere. Before starting formal proceedings, please contact us so we can try to resolve the issue directly.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the website, our business, or the law. The date at the top shows the current version. Continued use after an update means the new version applies from its effective date; changes do not retroactively alter a signed customer agreement.
