The short version
If you request a demo or submit a LinkedIn lead form, we use the details you provide to respond and discuss SuperChild with you. We do not sell your personal data. With your permission, we use an OpenAI conversion pixel to understand whether an ad led to a completed demo request. Please do not send learner, patient, or other clinical data through a public form.
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
SuperChild, based in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, is the controller for personal data collected through the public website at superchild.ai, demo and contact requests, and SuperChild advertising lead forms.
You can contact us about privacy at contact@superchild.ai.
This policy covers the public website and sales or marketing enquiries. Personal data processed inside the SuperChild product is governed by the applicable customer agreement, data-processing agreement, and product privacy documentation. In that context, the customer organization normally determines the purposes of processing and SuperChild acts as its processor.
2. Personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may receive:
- Contact and work details: name, organization, work email, phone number, role, and country or region.
- Your enquiry: the information you include about your setting, service model, interests, or questions.
- LinkedIn lead details: the profile and contact fields shown to you when you submit a SuperChild Lead Gen Form, together with campaign metadata such as the campaign or form that generated the enquiry.
- Communications: emails, meeting notes, and preferences you share during our business relationship.
- Technical and security data: limited request information such as IP address, browser type, timestamps, requested pages, and security events processed by our hosting provider to deliver and protect the website.
- Advertising measurement data: after you consent, the OpenAI conversion pixel may process page URL and referrer, browser and device data, advertising or click identifiers, the completed-demo event, and hashed contact identifiers recognized in form fields.
We do not ask for health information, learner names, assessment results, or other sensitive clinical information through the website or LinkedIn lead forms. Please do not include it in a free-text field.
3. Where the data comes from
We receive data directly from you when you email us, submit our demo form, or speak with us. If you submit a LinkedIn Lead Gen Form, LinkedIn supplies the fields shown in that form after you choose to submit them. LinkedIn separately controls the personal data it uses to operate its platform and advertising services; its own privacy policy applies to that processing.
Ad targeting by professional title, seniority, industry, or geography does not give SuperChild a list of everyone who matched or saw the ad. We receive aggregate campaign reporting and the details of people who actively submit a lead form or contact us.
4. Why we use personal data
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Respond to an enquiry, arrange a demo, and discuss whether the service fits your organization. | Steps requested before entering a contract; and our legitimate interest in responding to business contacts. |
| Follow up on the requested conversation and maintain our business relationship. | Our legitimate interest in business development. You may object at any time. |
| Send optional newsletters or unrelated promotional messages. | Consent where required. You may withdraw it at any time. |
| Measure whether an advertisement led to a completed demo request and improve campaign reporting. | Your consent. The pixel remains off unless you accept conversion measurement, and you may withdraw that choice at any time. |
| Operate, troubleshoot, and protect the website and our communications. | Our legitimate interest in a secure and reliable service. |
| Meet legal, accounting, and compliance obligations and handle disputes. | Legal obligation and, where applicable, legitimate interests. |
We do not use website or lead-form data to make decisions that have legal or similarly significant effects on you solely by automated means.
6. International transfers
SuperChild is based in the European Economic Area. Some providers, including global infrastructure and advertising platforms, may process personal data in other countries. Where required, transfers outside the EEA or United Kingdom are protected by an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses, or another lawful transfer mechanism.
This website policy does not change SuperChild's separate EU data residency commitments for learner data inside the product.
7. How long we keep data
We keep enquiry and lead information only for as long as needed to respond, follow up, maintain the business relationship, and meet legal obligations. Unless a longer period is needed for an active customer relationship, a legal claim, or a statutory record, we delete or anonymize marketing enquiries within 24 months after the last meaningful interaction.
Short-lived infrastructure and security logs are retained according to our hosting provider's operational settings. LinkedIn currently makes sponsored lead records available in Campaign Manager for 365 days; copies received by SuperChild follow the retention rule above.
We remember your conversion-measurement choice for up to 180 days. OpenAI pixel identifiers follow the provider's technical retention settings. You can withdraw consent at any time through “Cookie settings” in the website footer.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of your personal data; to object to processing based on legitimate interests or direct marketing; and to withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing.
To exercise a right, email contact@superchild.ai. We may need enough information to verify your identity. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
You may also complain to the Dutch supervisory authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens, or to the data-protection authority where you live or work.
9. Children and clinical data
The public website and lead forms are intended for adult professionals and organizational decision-makers, not children. Do not use them to create learner accounts or send identifiable learner, patient, or health data. Product onboarding and clinical data handling take place through controlled workflows under the relevant customer agreements.
10. Security
We use organizational and technical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data, including encrypted transport, access controls, and security monitoring. No online system is risk-free, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
See our Security page for product-security and procurement information.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our practices, providers, or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision. If a change materially affects how we use data already collected, we will provide additional notice where required.
