Cookie Policy

Superchild.ai uses limited technology to deliver and protect the site. OpenAI conversion measurement is optional and remains off unless you accept it.

Optional conversion measurement

We use the OpenAI advertising pixel to understand whether an ad led to a completed demo request. The SDK is not downloaded and the pixel does not run until you select “Accept measurement.” You can change your choice at any time.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files a website or its service provider can store in your browser. Similar technologies include local storage, pixels, and software-development-kit identifiers. They can make a service work, remember settings, measure usage, or connect activity across services.

2. What this website currently uses

CategoryProvider and purposeWhen used
Strictly necessary securityCloudflare may set a short-lived security cookie when needed to detect malicious traffic, verify a request, or keep the website available.Only when required by an active security measure.
Consent preferenceSuperChild stores your accepted or rejected conversion measurement choice in local browser storage.Necessary to remember your choice for up to 180 days.
Advertising conversion measurementOpenAI's oaiq pixel may use cookies, local storage, session storage, advertising or click identifiers, technical request data, page URL and referrer, completed-demo events, and hashed contact identifiers recognized in form fields. It sends measurement events to OpenAI.Optional—only after you accept measurement.
Other analytics or ad pixelsNo Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar additional browser tracker is deployed. Not used.

3. What the optional pixel measures

After consent, the OpenAI SDK initializes with SuperChild's pixel identifier. When the demo-request server confirms that a request was sent successfully, the site records a registration_completed customer-action event with an amount of 0 USD. A failed request or an ordinary button click is not counted as a conversion.

We use this information to attribute completed requests to advertising activity and understand campaign performance. We do not intentionally send learner, patient, assessment, or clinical data to the pixel.

4. LinkedIn ads and external services

Seeing or submitting a SuperChild ad or Lead Gen Form takes place on LinkedIn. LinkedIn may use cookies and other technologies under its own privacy and cookie policies. Those technologies are not placed by superchild.ai, and your LinkedIn controls apply while you use that platform.

Links from this website may take you to other services. Those services may set their own cookies after you visit them. Their policies, not this one, describe that activity.

5. Your controls

Select “Reject” to use the website without OpenAI conversion measurement. Select “Accept measurement” to enable it. You can reopen the panel through “Cookie settings” in the footer; rejecting after an earlier acceptance tells the SDK to revoke consent and clears its stored browser identifiers where accessible.

  • .
  • Use your browser settings to inspect or remove stored site data.
  • Use the privacy and advertising settings supplied by LinkedIn or another external service for activity on that service.
  • Email contact@superchild.ai if you have a question about a technology you observed.

6. Changes to this policy

We will update this policy if the technologies, providers, purposes, or retention periods materially change. The revision date at the top shows when this page was last updated.
